  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Colby-Jack

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, then sauté vegetables until softened.
