- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix mashed bananas with melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Stir in milk or yogurt.
- Fold in dry ingredients gently until just combined.
- Fold in nuts and raisins.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
