- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter and olive oil until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until golden and reduced.
- Stir in flour, then add broth and cream until thickened.
- Transfer filling to baking dish and top with puff pastry.
- Brush with egg wash, vent pastry, and bake until golden.

Best served warm. Let rest before cutting for clean slices.
