Ingredients
  

Truffle Filling
  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
Chocolate Coating
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate melted
  • 4 oz white chocolate optional drizzle
  • 2 tbsp crushed Oreos for garnish

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze truffle balls for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt semi-sweet chocolate until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and coat evenly.
  7. Place coated truffles back on parchment paper.
  8. Drizzle with white chocolate and garnish with crushed Oreos.
  9. Refrigerate until chocolate is fully set before serving.

Notes

Store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage. Customize with sprinkles, flavored Oreos, or different chocolate coatings.
