- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze truffle balls for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and coat evenly.
- Place coated truffles back on parchment paper.
