Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless, cubed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 12 oz dry pasta
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat and cook chicken until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and cream, then add pasta and seasonings.
  4. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in chicken and Parmesan cheese until creamy.

Notes

For a thinner sauce, add extra broth. Best served fresh.
