- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat and cook chicken until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and cream, then add pasta and seasonings.
- Simmer covered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in chicken and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
Notes
For a thinner sauce, add extra broth. Best served fresh.
