Snowballs
  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp orange zest fresh
  • 2 tbsp orange juice fresh
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Coating
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Add orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Chill mixture for 15–20 minutes to firm slightly.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls using your hands.
  5. Roll each ball in additional shredded coconut to coat.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
