- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook ground chicken until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- Whisk together orange juice, zest, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and ketchup.
- Pour sauce into skillet and stir to coat chicken evenly.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes to deepen flavor.
- Add cornstarch slurry and stir until sauce thickens.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
