Ingredients
  

Truffle Filling
  • 36 Oreo cookies whole
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
Chocolate Coating
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate melted
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional
Decoration
  • 4 oz white chocolate melted for drizzle
  • 2 tbsp crushed Oreo crumbs for garnish
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Place Oreo cookies into a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
  2. Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and mix until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Freeze the truffle balls for 20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into melted chocolate and coat completely.
  7. Place coated truffles back onto the tray and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  8. Sprinkle crushed Oreo crumbs on top and refrigerate until fully set before serving.
