Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2.5 lbs country-style pork ribs
  • 1.5 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season ribs with spices and oil.
  3. Place in baking dish and cover with foil.
  4. Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours until tender.
  5. Mix BBQ sauce with sugar and vinegar.
  6. Brush sauce over ribs and increase heat.
  7. Bake uncovered 15–20 minutes until caramelized.

Notes

For extra smoky flavor, add a dash of liquid smoke to the BBQ sauce.
