- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush tilapia fillets lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
- Press each fillet into the parmesan breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
- Place coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet without touching each other.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until fish flakes easily and crust is golden.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispy topping.
