Ingredients
  

Truffle Base
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate melted
  • 1 set gel food coloring pastel shades
  • 1 cup shredded coconut for coating

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Mix shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
  2. Add vanilla extract and stir well.
  3. Divide mixture and color with pastel gel food coloring.
  4. Roll into small balls and chill for 20–30 minutes.
  5. Dip in melted white chocolate.
  6. Roll in shredded coconut and set until firm.
