Ingredients
  

Oatmeal Base
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.33 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Swirl Topping
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 0.5 cup jelly or jam strawberry or grape

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until evenly mixed.
  5. Pour mixture into baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Spoon peanut butter and jelly on top and gently swirl.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Let cool before slicing for clean pieces. Delicious warm or cold.
