- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until evenly mixed.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and spread evenly.
- Spoon peanut butter and jelly on top and gently swirl.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
