Mousse
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Blend until creamy.
  3. Add cream or milk gradually to reach desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Transfer to serving cups and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish and serve.

Notes

Blend thoroughly for the smoothest texture. Full-fat cottage cheese gives the creamiest result.
