Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Top evenly with cheese and pepperoni.
- Roll dough tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls on baking sheet and bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Rolls freeze well after baking.
