Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 lb pizza dough
Filling
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.75 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Rolling Pin
  • Baking sheet
  • Sharp knife
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Top evenly with cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Roll dough tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
  6. Place rolls on baking sheet and bake 18–22 minutes until golden.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Rolls freeze well after baking.
