Method
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix cream cheese, pumpkin purée, vanilla, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Add Oreo crumbs and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Chill dough for 20–25 minutes to firm.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze balls for 15–20 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each ball into chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Decorate with sprinkles or crushed Oreos before chocolate sets.
- Chill until firm and serve.
