Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Oreo Balls Mixture
  • 36 Oreo cookies crushed fine
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.33 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
Coating
  • 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
  • sprinkles or crushed Oreos optional toppings

  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Mix cream cheese, pumpkin purée, vanilla, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add Oreo crumbs and mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Chill dough for 20–25 minutes to firm.
  5. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Freeze balls for 15–20 minutes.
  7. Melt white chocolate until smooth.
  8. Dip each ball into chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  9. Decorate with sprinkles or crushed Oreos before chocolate sets.
  10. Chill until firm and serve.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
