Method
- Rim the martini glass with cinnamon-sugar and chill in the freezer.
- Add vodka, pumpkin spice liqueur, half-and-half, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until fully blended and chilled.
- Strain into chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Notes
For a lighter version, use oat milk instead of half-and-half.
