- Heat-treat flour at 300°F (150°C) for 5–6 minutes. Let cool.

- Add milk as needed for a soft, pliable dough.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for 20–30 minutes.
- Roll dough into 1-inch bites.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate and add sprinkles if desired.
- Let chocolate set before serving.
