Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix sausage, cheese, cream cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle.
- Spread filling evenly over the pastry.
- Roll tightly into a log.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place on baking sheet and brush with egg.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
