Ingredients
  

Juice Base
  • 4 cups cranberry juice 100% juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 2 star anise optional
  • 2-4 tbsp honey or sugar to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Add cranberry juice and water to a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add orange slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise.
  3. Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes to infuse flavors.
  4. Stir in honey or sugar until dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat and strain spices.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract if using.
  7. Serve warm or chill and pour over ice.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste. Delicious both hot and cold.
