- Add cranberry juice and water to a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add orange slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise.
- Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes to infuse flavors.
- Stir in honey or sugar until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and strain spices.
- Stir in vanilla extract if using.
- Serve warm or chill and pour over ice.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste. Delicious both hot and cold.
