- Prepare the sushi rice and season with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let cool.
- Mix shredded imitation crab with mayonnaise, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Slice avocado, cucumber, and green onions. Cut nori into thin strips.
- Assemble bowls starting with sushi rice, followed by spicy crab and toppings.
- Drizzle spicy mayo and soy sauce over the top before serving.
Notes
Adjust spice level to your liking using more or less sriracha.
