- Rinse and cook sushi rice according to instructions.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into warm rice.
- Prepare spicy mayo by whisking ingredients together.
- Mix filling ingredients in a bowl.
- Press rice into greased muffin tin wells.
- Add filling and optional toppings.
- Bake if desired and garnish before serving.
Notes
Use sushi-grade fish if consuming raw. Cups can be baked or served fresh.
