Snack Mix
  • 4 cups fruity cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup candy-coated chocolates
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • optional edible glitter

Method
 

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and butter in microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Combine cereal, pretzels, candy-coated chocolates, and marshmallows in a large bowl.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the mixture and fold gently until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles and optional edible glitter over the mixture.
  6. Spread evenly on prepared baking sheet and allow to set 30–45 minutes.
  7. Break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
