- Cut watermelon into cubes and remove any visible seeds.
- Add watermelon, lime juice, honey, mint, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours until solid.
- Run molds briefly under warm water to release popsicles.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Use very ripe watermelon for the sweetest flavor. Store popsicles in airtight freezer containers for up to 2 months.
