Ingredients
  

Popsicle Base
  • 5 cups seedless watermelon cubed
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint optional
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Popsicle molds
  • Measuring cups
  • Knife and cutting board

Method
 

  1. Cut watermelon into cubes and remove any visible seeds.
  2. Add watermelon, lime juice, honey, mint, and salt to a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours until solid.
  7. Run molds briefly under warm water to release popsicles.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use very ripe watermelon for the sweetest flavor. Store popsicles in airtight freezer containers for up to 2 months.
