Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup heat-treated all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
  • 0.25 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Heat-treat flour if needed, then allow it to cool completely.
  2. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until thick and smooth.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and adjust consistency if needed.
