Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp red food coloring
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Heat-treat flour and let cool.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together.
  3. Cream butter and sugars.
  4. Add wet ingredients and mix.
  5. Combine with dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Serve or chill before eating.
