Chaffle Batter
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 0.25 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat waffle maker and grease lightly.
  2. Whisk egg whites until slightly frothy.
  3. Mix in cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Pour batter into waffle maker and cook 3–5 minutes.
  5. Remove carefully and let cool slightly before serving.
