- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin and brush with oil.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool completely.
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha, ginger, and garlic.
- Add diced tuna and toss gently. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
- Fold in avocado, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Fill wonton cups with poke mixture and garnish as desired.
- Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
Notes
Use only sushi-grade tuna and assemble just before serving to keep wontons crisp.
