Ingredients
  

Pastry
  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg for egg wash
Filling
  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt optional
  • 0.5 cup celery diced
  • 0.25 cup grapes halved

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wrap puff pastry strips around cone molds and brush with egg wash.
  3. Bake until golden and crisp, about 12–15 minutes.
  4. Mix chicken with remaining filling ingredients.
  5. Fill cooled pastry cones with chicken salad and serve.

Notes

Keep cones crisp by filling just before serving.
