Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups deli meat ham or chicken
Garlic Butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard optional
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice slider buns and place bottom half in baking dish.
  3. Layer meat and cheese evenly.
  4. Place top buns over filling.
  5. Mix garlic butter ingredients.
  6. Pour mixture over sliders.
  7. Bake covered for 15 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake 10 minutes until golden.
