Ingredients
  

Tater Tot Base
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese cut small
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and bake tater tots with cheese until crispy.
  2. Season and cook beef patties until done, adding cheese to melt.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Cut tater tot base into squares and assemble sliders.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy.

You can swap beef for chicken or plant-based patties for variation.
