Ingredients
  

Sandwich
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices salami
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 0.5 red onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup banana peppers
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp everything seasoning

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Slice hoagie rolls and spread mayonnaise if desired.
  3. Layer meats and cheese evenly inside rolls.
  4. Bake sandwiches for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Remove sandwiches and add vegetables.
  7. Drizzle dressing and sprinkle everything seasoning.
  8. Serve immediately while warm.
