Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
Topping
  • 0.75 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup pecans toasted

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into jars.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
  4. Layer cheesecake mixture over crust.
  5. Add caramel sauce and pecans.
  6. Repeat layers and chill for at least 2 hours.
