  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz Mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 8 oz Semi-sweet chocolate For coating
  • 2 tbsp Sprinkles Optional

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  2. Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
  3. Grease hands and roll mixture into 1–1.5 inch balls, place on parchment paper.
  4. Melt chocolate and dip each ball, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Decorate with sprinkles before chocolate sets. Chill until firm.
