Ingredients
  

Stuffing Mixture
  • 4 cups stale bread cubes
  • 2 cups cooked turkey finely chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onions, celery, and garlic until softened, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, dried cranberries, turkey, herbs, salt, pepper, and Parmesan if using.
  4. Add sautéed vegetables, eggs, and broth to the bread mixture. Stir until mixture is moist and holds together.
  5. Form mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until tops are golden brown and crisp.
  7. Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley or cranberries.

Notes

Can be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving for convenience.
