Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onions, celery, and garlic until softened, about 5–7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, dried cranberries, turkey, herbs, salt, pepper, and Parmesan if using.
- Add sautéed vegetables, eggs, and broth to the bread mixture. Stir until mixture is moist and holds together.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until tops are golden brown and crisp.
- Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley or cranberries.
Notes
Can be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving for convenience.
