Method
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place pizza stone in oven if using.
- Roll pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly.
- Spread mozzarella and goat cheese across the pizza.
- Arrange sliced figs and prosciutto evenly over the top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra sweetness drizzle honey over the pizza before serving.
