Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Toppings
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup goat cheese crumbled
  • 6 fresh figs sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1 cup arugula fresh
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly cracked

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place pizza stone in oven if using.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly.
  4. Spread mozzarella and goat cheese across the pizza.
  5. Arrange sliced figs and prosciutto evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula.
  8. Drizzle balsamic glaze, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra sweetness drizzle honey over the pizza before serving.
