Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • chopped green onions for garnish

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Toss chicken in flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in oil 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, combine honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken back and toss to coat in sauce.
  5. Plate and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.

Notes

Adjust sriracha for spice level. Pat chicken dry for crispier coating.
