- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill hot dogs for 6–8 minutes until lightly charred.

- Simmer sauce for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

- Toast brioche buns lightly on the grill.
- Place hot dogs into buns and drizzle generously with sauce.
- Top with green onions, sesame seeds, crispy onions, and parsley before serving.
