Ingredients
  

Hot Dogs
  • 8 beef hot dogs
  • 8 brioche hot dog buns
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha optional
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

  • Small saucepan
  • Mixing spoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Grill hot dogs for 6–8 minutes until lightly charred.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in hot sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha.
  6. Simmer sauce for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Remove from heat and whisk in mayonnaise until creamy.
  8. Toast brioche buns lightly on the grill.
  9. Place hot dogs into buns and drizzle generously with sauce.
  10. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, crispy onions, and parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra smoky flavor, grill the buns lightly before serving. Adjust spice levels to taste.
