- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch springform pan.
- Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar and cocoa powder until fully combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
- Cool completely before removing from pan and serving.
Notes
For best texture, do not overbake. Serve at room temperature.
