- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a parchment-lined loaf pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Mix sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Beat cream cheese swirl ingredients until smooth.
- Layer batter and cream cheese in loaf pan, swirling gently.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Do not overmix the batter. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
