Ingredients
  

Fruit Salad
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 kiwis sliced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 mango diced
Citrus Glaze
  • 0.5 cup orange juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit, cutting into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place fruit in a large mixing bowl and gently toss.
  3. Whisk cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
  4. Heat orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and zest in a saucepan until simmering.
  5. Add slurry and cook until slightly thickened.
  6. Cool glaze completely before pouring over fruit.
  7. Toss gently to coat and refrigerate before serving.

Notes

Use ripe seasonal fruit for best flavor. Chill before serving for maximum freshness.
