Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 jalapeños, minced
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Dice the tomatoes and remove excess seeds if needed.
  2. Chop the white onion finely.
  3. Mince the jalapeños, removing seeds for mild heat.
  4. Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, and cilantro in a bowl.
  5. Add lime juice and salt, then mix gently.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Let rest 10–20 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add garlic or serrano peppers.
