- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Mix melted butter and sugars until smooth. Add egg and vanilla.
- Coat strawberries lightly with flour.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture and fold in strawberries.
- Spread batter into pan and bake 28–32 minutes.
- Cool completely before glazing.
- Mix glaze ingredients, drizzle over bars, slice, and serve.
