Fruit Salad
  • 2 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chopped
  • 2 kiwis sliced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 mango diced
Citrus Vanilla Sauce
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 0.5 tsp lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits, cutting into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine all fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, honey, vanilla extract, and zest.
  4. Pour dressing over fruit and gently toss.
  5. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe fruits for best flavor. Add bananas just before serving if desired.
