  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook potatoes until golden and tender, then remove.
  3. Brown sausage slices in the same skillet.
  4. Add onion and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
  6. Return potatoes to skillet and mix.
  7. Add seasonings and cook until well combined.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the skillet and cook potatoes in batches if needed.
