- Shred the cabbage and chop the vegetables.
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, honey, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, beans, corn, red pepper, onion, and cheese.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss until evenly coated.
- Fold in Fritos right before serving and garnish with green onions.
Notes
Add Fritos just before serving for the best crunch. Great for potlucks and BBQs.
