Ingredients
  

Martini Base
  • 3 oz vodka
  • 2 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz crème de menthe white preferred
  • 2 oz heavy cream
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp crushed peppermint for rim
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger
  • Martini glasses
  • Fine strainer

Method
 

  1. Chill martini glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare glass rims with crushed peppermint if desired.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  4. Add vodka, white chocolate liqueur, crème de menthe, and heavy cream.
  5. Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
  6. Strain into prepared martini glasses.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, use white crème de menthe and chill glasses thoroughly before serving.
