Ingredients
  

Limeade Base
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice about 6–8 limes
  • 1 cup coconut milk full-fat
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 0.5 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 pinch sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. Juice fresh limes until you have one cup of lime juice.
  2. Add lime juice, coconut milk, mint leaves, honey, lime zest, water, and ice to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes thick and slushy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice if needed.
  5. Blend again briefly to combine adjustments.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses.
  7. Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs before serving.

Notes

Use fresh lime juice for the brightest flavor. For extra tropical flavor, add frozen pineapple or mango before blending.
