Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional
  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts optional

Equipment

  • Spoon or scoop

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Scoop small portions onto the prepared tray.
  4. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over bites.
  6. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts if desired.
  7. Freeze again briefly to set chocolate, then serve.

Notes

Store in freezer and enjoy straight from frozen.
