Ingredients
  

Fruit Salsa
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 2 kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 apple finely chopped
  • 0.75 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 lime juice
Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips
  • 6-8 flour tortillas
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Combine diced strawberries, mango, kiwi, apple, and blueberries in a large bowl.
  2. Add lime juice and honey, then gently mix and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Brush tortillas with melted butter and cut into triangles.
  5. Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over tortilla pieces.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool chips on a wire rack and serve with chilled fruit salsa.

Notes

Best served fresh. Adjust fruit based on seasonality.
