- Combine diced strawberries, mango, kiwi, apple, and blueberries in a large bowl.
- Add lime juice and honey, then gently mix and chill for 10–15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush tortillas with melted butter and cut into triangles.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over tortilla pieces.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool chips on a wire rack and serve with chilled fruit salsa.
