Ingredients
  

Main Mixture
  • 6 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows plus 1 cup extra for folding in later
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Mixing spoon
  • 9x13 inch pan
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Grease and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add 4 cups of marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Fold in Fruity Pebbles cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Add remaining marshmallows for extra chewiness.
  7. Transfer to prepared pan, pressing lightly to spread evenly.
  8. Cool for 30 minutes before slicing into squares.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
